Concerns and Complaints:
If you have any concerns regarding your child’s tuition, please promptly raise them with the Centre manager or a staff member. We will address the issue internally within 7 days. If the concern persists, a meeting with the manager can be requested for further resolution. Any instances of defamation will result in legal action under the Defamation Act 2013.

Payments and refunds:
The monthly tuition fee is due on 1st of every month. The amount will be collected every month on a specific date until the client or the management cancels the payment.
Refund Policy: Duplicate or erroneous payments will be refunded within 5 working days. All refund enquiries must be communicated to the company via mobile or WhatsApp at 07393 155155.
We solely accept debit card payments in GBP (£).
